Terms Applicable to Rentals
Two shifts – Add 50% to base rates
Three shifts – Add 100% to base rate
Fish, Freezer or Harsh Applications – Add 20% to base rate
CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED FOR:
Transportation and all taxes.
Repairs & Maintenance due to misuse, neglect or damage to equipment, tire repairs,
cleaning and painting due to abuse.
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Fuel and oil used in daily operation.
Daily service checks (oil, water, battery, etc).
Rent starts on the date shipped and includes the day the returned unit is received at Pacific West Forklift.
NOTE: Rates are based on 5 days per week and 4 weeks per month, max. of 160 hours per 4 week month.
